Yes Expedition Envoy could work.

Here are some low cost suggestion:

random: Bojuka Brigand - Hada Freeblade - Joraga Auxiliary - Kor Bladewhirl - Sylvan Advocate - Veteran Warleader

sustain: Lantern Scout - Ondu Cleric

Wincon: Kabira Evangel

It all depends on what you want to do.

Btw Demonic Tutor isn't modern legal.

Abzan Allies was the original idea! The first two cards I wanted in the deck were Winding Constrictor and Joraga Auxiliary, though after the first couple playtests I was unsure of the Support cost. Tireless Tracker was one of the later changes, as it fueled revolt for Greenwheel Liberator and Fatal Push along with the counter and draw. Ally Encampment would be nice if I had more Allies, but some of the newer elves just seem too good to pass up.

It's looking good! What about Joraga Auxiliary for reusable support? +1 from me!

This deck will have a lot of mana and finding thematic ways to use it was difficult. Joraga Auxiliary is not totally on theme but they are a cool way to funnel mana into. Sprout Swarm, Nemata, Grove Guardian, and Jade Mage are some other thematic mana sinks.

Collective Blessing and Dictate of Heliod are probably not the most thematic but with all the plats and saporlings and vanilla creatures they need some pumps.

@Laszlokh, Yeah Well... I have been meaning to take out Selfless Cathar but I don't have any thing that I could take him out for. I took out Garruk, Caller of Beasts for Silverblade Paladin to give a creature I control double strike.

Joraga Auxiliary is used to pass counters around and if I have Hardened Scales on the field as well my creatures gets two counters for six. Which... does sound bad and is very expensive... But hey. At least Enduring Scalelord gets four counters for six mana.

I use Obsessive Skinner for the delirium just for that extra counter and i tend to actually hit the requirements rather quickly some times.

Everything else I agree with though and I will be looking out for those cards you mentioned. I could take Aquastrand Spider out for Spike Feeder because its ability seems to work better than the graft.

I am assuming your budget isn't super high given the current TCG player price of $13.30. However, cards like Hada Freeblade, Kazandu Blademaster, Akoum Battlesinger, Expedition Envoy, Firemantle Mage, Kabira Evangel, Ondu Cleric, Reckless Bushwhacker, Sylvan Advocate, Talus Paladin are all cards that should likely be considered over some of the cards you have currently -- such as Goblin Freerunner, Highland Berserker, Joraga Auxiliary, Kitesail Scout, Makindi Aeronaut, Makindi Patrol, Ondu Champion, Ondu War Cleric, Resolute Blademaster, and Tuktuk Scrapper. Kazuul Warlord, Munda, Ambush Leader, and Turntimber Ranger are also fairly mediocre. They can surely get out of control if left unchecked. But most competent players can and will save removal for them.

You would also benefit greatly in cutting your deck down to 60 cards. Basically, the reasoning behind this is you want to be able to consistently draw or have access to your best cards-- or have the card in hand that you need when you need it. The chances of that happening goes down the more cards you have in your deck. So imagine you are at 60 cards and are thinking about adding more. You have to ask yourself, "Is this card better than any of the other 60 cards?" If the answer is no, then do not add it. If the answer is yes, identify the card it is better than and substitute it.

Haha, okay. Well, Selfless Cathar requires you to sacrifice it, pay mana, and then your creatures get +1/+1 until end of turn which isn't that great. Maybe replace him with something else?

Zendikar Resurgent is pretty cool, but it doesn't really help you ramp at all as it is the most expensive card in the deck.

You might want to consider taking Obsessive Skinner out as you will likely not get delirium that quickly.

Joraga Auxiliary has a pretty expensive ability that doesn't do much.

Archers of Qarsi pretty much does nothing. I would much rather have a Spike Feeder/Wall of Reverence in my hand instead of that.

I'm not sure how much you depend on land-seeking abilities like Ainok Guide's but this one seems like the worst as it doesn't put the card into your hand and takes up a draw.

Selvala's Enforcer doesn't get big unless you are playing with a LOT of people and just gives your opponents card advantage.

Kavu Primarch doesn't do much and I don't think you will ever want to pay the convoke cost.

Coalition Honor Guard just soaks up removal.

Hopefully that helped!
