Win Con 1 - Goad

The main reason I built this deck was to use the Goad mechanic to force my opponents to kill each other before I could swoop in and take out the victory from the rubble. This is done by having Kros on the board and spreading counters to every creature possible. Once those creatures have counters on them, a tactical use of proliferate should allow for near-total control over the Combat Phase, goading and tapping creatures as needed to ensure that the opponents will swing the way needed.

Win Con 2 - Poison

Since most of the best Proliferate cards came from New Phyrexia, it's only natural that some of them have the Infect & Toxic keywords. As such, by poisoning your opponents, you can proliferate them to death if you can survive long enough inside the pillow fort you make for yourself.

Win Con 3 - Magosi, The Waterveil

Initially coming across the card in an attempt to keep creatures goaded, you can use Magosi, Nesting Grounds, and any repeatable proliferation effect to take infinite turns at the cost of your land drop per those turns. Once you start taking your extra turns, you can tap everything down and swing in for the win.
