Mono white politics. Trade all sorts of favors between cards, creatures, and even mana! White unfortunately has very little in the way of cashing in those favors mechanically. Obviously, you can make deals based on the game-state and get intangible advantage, but their vote cards are, at best, decent removal and they have exactly one assist card that isn't absolute garbage. I couldn't find any opponent 'choice' cards that you could springboard you to a win.

Luckily, Yes Man has us covered. After being passed around like the town unicycle you can flicker him to cash in those quest counters and get a decent token army. At that point you either pump and swing or do your best to capitalize on the other alternate win conditions.

That's it. You could swap out the basics for snow lands to add in another tutor, extraplanar lens, and a good rate removal spell. I didn't because I'm a sucker for themed lands. That said 'Nuclear Winter' is also a fine deck name.
