I wanted to try to make I guess you can say a deck focused on my commander doing all the work with some good help from good creatures. Being able to control the battlefield with blue and white enchants like Arrest and Frozen Solid (which I'm trying to find). I could use some help not only finishing but editing it as I go. Thanks for any and all help :)

This is my second EDH deck no one likes my first one. Dimir deck with Lazav is my Commander.
