How does Feldon of the Third Path and Starke of Rath intereact if I make a token copy of starke and kill a creature of my oponnent

from what i understand if i do kill the creature and he gains the control of Starke of Rath at the beginning of my end turn it gets sacrificed. Is this true?

You're only allowed to sacrifice permanents you control. This means the "sacrifice it" part of Feldon's effect is an impossible instruction in your example, so it gets ignored. Your opponent keeps the token.
