Flaming Sword or Spiteful Motives are a really rude surprise with Deathtouch.

Power of Fire and Lavamancer's Skill are hilarious with Deathtouch. So is Chandra's Ignition

Scythe of the Wretched maybe.

For speed I would recommend getting your hands on more cheap ramp. Sol Ring (obviously), the other signets. For performance mostly I would try to identify the cards that don't do enough or don't fit with the plan of the deck and looking for cheap replacements. Select for Inspection or Spiteful Motives are examples of each. Some sorts of cards I'd recommend looking at are more board wipes and more counterspells, especially "hard" ones like Counterspell itself. Mostly you should be trying to exchange conditional cards for better value ones.

Bloodhall Priest is much better then Incorrigible Youths same cost, but you get a greater thoughness and if you cast it on their turn (endstep) it practily has haste as well.

I'd play more (playset) of Heir of Falkenrath  Flip vampire flyers are very dangerous. Olivia's Bloodsworn might be a nice addition as well if you want to give your creatures haste (if you dont play them in your opponents turn). A playset of Falkenrath Gorger is highly recommended.

Reduce Key to the City to 3, since you usually aren't looking for 2 keys on the battlefield at the same time. I feel like Bloodmad Vampire is killed too easy by cheap spells.

Spiteful Motives is a bit expansive in cmc and you could have better enchantments like Call the Bloodline or Distemper of the Blood

Avacyn's Judgment is a good sideboard card, it works really well against one toughness creatures you usualy find in your vehicle matchup. With madness you can use it at instant speed, that alone makes it much more powerful.

I usually play Ravenous Bloodseeker as my discard outlet, since you can activate it multiple times (even when it dies).

Your avarage cmc is about 2.5, so playing like 22-23 lands is plentyful!

Maybe it's an idea to look at my vampire deck from SOI and EDM Vampire madness

Good start, I love the concept and actually have been goofing around with a similar deck for a couple days. A super useful mechanic you might want to focus on for the deck and cards you have is just getting counters on creatures as fast as you can for as cheap as you can and then overwhelming them with sheer force. You may try adding some more Larger Than Life or adding in cards like Spiteful Motives that can surprise your opponent. Equipments may help, and also consider the fabricate mechanic for the +1/+1 counters on creatures it offers. Here are some of my favorites in the deck you may like: Incremental Growth, Hunt the Weak, Peema Outrider, Kujar Seedsculptor, Giant Spectacle

I think you should be using Lone Rider  Flip, it works well since you have Odric, Lunarch Marshal.

You are 2 cards over 60, I recommend you take out 2x Skywhaler's Shots. Since you already have Collective Effort which has a similar effect.

I recommend to make this deck faster to try and replace your 4x Stone Quarry with 4x Inspiring Vantage.

Also Gideon's Reproach is an earlier better version of Impeccable Timing. However I would use Blessed Alliance over either of these as it can help flip a Lone Rider  Flip. To make space for those Lone Rider  Flips take out 1-2 Blood Mist, and 2x Nahiri's Machinations.

As a possible replacement for Spiteful Motives you could run Stoneforge Masterwork, Hope Against Hope or Stitcher's Graft. This last card works well with Lone Rider  Flip by the way.

You also need more sources of white for this deck, I would remove 2x Blighted Steppe for 2x more Plains.

Selfless Spirit or Archangel Avacyn  Flip, I will also throw out there as possible card additions.

Now for your sideboard,

I would go 2-3x Fragmentize, 2-3x Declaration in Stone, possibly 1-2x Gideon, Ally of Zendikar although these are expensive so it's up to you. Skywhaler's Shot that I suggested you take out from the maindeck could go here. As well as 2x Stasis Snare as this deck would struggle with Eldrazi like Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger or an Emrakul, the Promised End since all you have are instants that say destroy. Then I will leave the rest up to you as this is your deck and all.

Anyways I hope some of this is of use to you.

I would throw in Village Messenger  Flip as a good one drop, it is nice to have something to play turn 1 if you don't have a Neglected Heirloom  Flip. I personally am not a fan of the auras you have, Senseless Rage Especially because you won't be able to get the madness to proc. I think that if you want more enchantments you could probably add more Spiteful Motives because of the flash. I would also take out some Hinterland Logger  Flip for more Kessig Forgemaster  Flip, they are the same cost plus the flip is better.

Wow! I love the energy! Thanks so much for the upvotes and thanks so much for the feedback NestorCoelho! So I am really thinking about that Spiteful Motives, especially on the Bloodmad Vampire, also, isn't Act of Treason the same as Malevolent Whispers? Does that extra mana really count? Or do you think that Act of Treason is better? Also, I haven't yet built the deck or gone to any tournaments with it so when I do I will definitely share my thoughts about it. Also, before I go into a tournament, any tips about the deck? Any feedback? How does the deck do basically.

Thanks!

I really like the idea of Spiteful Motives but I am not sure a) how many I would put in and b) what to take out.

Any suggestions?
