It only takes 15 energy to have Pummler be a 32/32, and 12 will take him up to a 16/16. Both without pump spells. There are also some pump spells in white. Built to Last (probably the best for Pummeler in white), Inspired Charge, Conviction, Alley Evasion, and Aerial Modification.

As far as removal, all the good stuff in your colors are outside of kaladesh, but there are a few pieces that might be worth playing. Skywhaler's Shot, Impeccable Timing, Fumigate, and Thopter Arrest for creature removal. Decommission and Fragmentize for artifact and enchantment removal.

Some Fog effects exsist in standard that would help a lot when playing against aggro. You should tinker with Approach of the Second Sun since you are ramping so much, game 1 win with approach game 2 win with sandwurms. Essence Scatter Glimmer of Genius Opt and Disallow are all great instants. Impeccable Timing is ok and is removal, as is Unsummon. You have a few too many enchantments to take full advantage of the gearhulk, drop about 5-6 for more instants as well as 2 lands. You are ramping so tossing in Aether Hub as well as Attune with Aether and you should be good with 24 lands. Good luck to you.

From your maybeboard, I really like Shielded Aether Thief; it is probably a more versatile sideboard option than Impeccable Timing. The Thief works nicely against Ramanup Red matchup, and serves as a nice card draw engine against control matchups.

You should run 24 lands. Of the remaining 36 cards I think about 10 should be non creature spells and then 26 creatures. Make sure of those 10 at least 7 are removal and 3 Commune with Dinosaurs. Aside from that stuff you would make out best with creatures that are above curve. Regisaur Alpha Deathgorge Scavenger and Ripjaw Raptor are all above curve so they should probably be cards run in multiples. Against control decks you want to run cards like Invigorated Rampage out of the sideboard since it lets you get damage in fast, so pump spells there. Against aggro cheap removal will help a lot so Twin Bolt and Impeccable Timing are both cheap solid removal. Make sure you have artifact and enchantment hate and a pair of sweeper cards like Fumigate or Hour of Devestation so you have a panic button in case someone gets too big too fast

The deck looks great! Love the fact it's under 100 dollars. Removal looks great, I would probably take out Impeccable Timing for Abrade for a more immediate kill if needed. If you want trample, I would play Crash Through over Rile. Maybe add some duels for more efficient mana base. Wakening Sun's Avatar is a fun card, however I don't think you will be able get it out quickly enough, maybe add in another 1 more copy of Drover of the Mighty, or Kinjalli's Sunwing, or Regisaur Alpha would be dynamite for this deck, I would run at least 2-3. Here's the list

Impeccable Timing is the card you are thinking of. The reason I mentioned the cycle exile artifact/enchantment card is because unlike Fragmentize it can hit gearhulks. Might be worth tinkering with since a guy at my lgs has been running Liliana, Death's Majesty and Noxious Gearhulk pretty effectively.
