Totally understand! Im glad you got a chuckle from the jank lol.

I made a few brews trying to break panharmonicon. A long time ago i made a Tim (Prodigal Sorcerer) deck. So when i saw pan and Quicksmith Rebel i attempted some silliness based around that! Tim 2.0. Panharmonicon+Quicksmith Rebel+Narnam Cobra...supported with Blossoming Defense and Heroic Intervention. It was a ton of fun to play and beat mardu relentlessly. Also had a hidden theme with Metalwork Colossus.
This standard is excellent for homebrew stuff. Did you ever play against infinite whales? Lol. Best Quote for MTG i have ever heard came from that deck... the fuy said I attack you for an unneccessarily high amount of infinite damage, GG

while i definitely agree the low drops arent very impactful, the wide factor is mostly what the deck wants to do with them. I only actually hard cast them if i need something on the board to trade or chump until i can lock in the combo. i used to have Scrapheap Scrounger but not being able to block got it cut when i went with green for Narnam Cobra and Prowling Serpopard and alas the trigger from the graveyard doesnt happen due to it entering and not technically being cast. I took an almost identical list to FNM tonight and went a surprising 3-1. the deck seems about tier 2 due to the clunkiness of the pieces but the raw power the combo yields is a force to be reckoned with as its basically wipe the board and win or dont and lose from the opponent.

ive since updated the deck to a temur type build since control decks are popping up quite a bit to have access to Prowling Serpopard also Narnam Cobra to better defend against larger creatures and Heroic Intervention for wipes

As a casual deck, this looks like fun. However, if you want to take it to FNM, there are some upgrades that you can make.

First of all, consistancy. I understand that 2-ofs and 3-ofs are fun as your deck is slightly different each time, but you want to maximize your odds of drawing the best cards in your deck, and thus 3 ofs and 4 ofs are better. So, just find whatever your best snakes are, and bump up those numbers. My personal recommendation would be Winding Constrictor, Honored Hydra, Champion of Wits as the strongest cards in the deck. Wait. Why aren't you running Winding Constrictor? Another potential snek is Narnam Cobra. Also to upgrade your mana base, I would add Botanical Sanctum and Lumbering Falls.

Second, you have this ramp theme in your deck with Bounty of the Luxa, Weaver of Currents, and Oasis Ritualist, but no payoff for the deck besides hard casting Honored Hydra, which usually isn't where you want to be anyways. Instead, you could lower the creature curve and make the deck more aggressive and consistant. Also, I would cut Slither Blade, Sixth Sense, and Trial of Knowledge in liew of either card draw like Pull from Tomorrow, protection in Blossoming Defense or Hapatra's Mark, or removal like Clear Shot, Ambuscade, or various counterspells. Sixth sense just does NOT do enough, as a single removal spell puts the opponent ahead on card advantage, rather than you. Slither blade also doesn't do enough, as poking in for only one point of damage a turn will kill the opponent in 20 turns, where the game would have been over with or without him by then. Finally, the Trial just doesn't do enough compared to other draw spells in standard, and is too inconsistant as just a one-of.

Additionally, I would add more lands. For more on this, check out this article, as well as this article. But essentially, as you're wanting to cast four drops reliably, you want more like 23 - 25 lands rather than 20.

Some more cards I think you can cut:

Wizard Replica, Narnam Cobra, Epochrasite, It That Betrays, Platinum Angel, Runed Servitor, Efficient Construction, Etched Champion

None of these cards feel like they do enough in the deck to warrant a spot.

As for lands, If you can get tham, the filters could also be a good way of fixing your red mana (Fire-Lit Thicket / Cascade Bluffs).

Lilbrudder: you're thinking of Tarnished Citadel.

Some of the cards in the deck aren't very good for a competitive deck, (outside of sealed or draft decks). Narnam Cobra, Foundry Screecher, Highspire Artisan, and Inventor's Goggles. Since you're going for a counters and artifact theme, I'd move the two Cultivator of Blades, and Weaponcraft Enthusiasts to the mainboard. Add one more Scrapheap Scrounger as it's an amazing card against control decks. Add Woodweaver's Puzzleknot to the sideboard, and at least 3 Metalspinner's Puzzleknot to the mainboard.

Essence Extraction and Ruinous Path are great removal spells and both are fairly inexpensive to acquire. Noxious Gearhulk works well with panharmonicon and is also an artifact lets you sac it to the syndicate trafficker, if it is about to be killed anyway. Nissa, Voice of Zendikar seems like a good fit in your deck, she puts counters on all your creatures. I think she's around 4 or 5 bucks now, so she's not too expensive. Ob Nixilis Reignited is also around 4 bucks and he'd be good in the main, if not the sideboard at least, as a one-of. Four Tireless Tracker seems really good too because you get clues which are artifacts, which you can either sac to draw cards, or sac to your syndicate traffickers to put counters on them. Undergrowth Champion might be good too. It gets a counter whenever you play a land.

If you're going to run Unlicensed Disintegration you should have artifact creatures. such as Narnam Cobra or Weldfast Monitor. I would highly suggest Narnam Cobra. If you keep Unlicensed Disintegration. If not I would suggest 4x Grasp of Darkness and maybe Murderous Cut or Ruinous Path

I'm currently testing Aerial Responder! The only artifact creature I find is Narnam Cobra, and the ability is green. If I'm missing other one, let me know, please.
