Foundry Screecher gets +1/+0 as long as you control an artifact.

During the last weeks, I made several changes to this deck. First of all, I have to handle spells, which can be dangerous for me, so

+4 Cancel

+3 Duress

To be faster, I removed vehicles with bigger cost:

-2 Demolition Stomper

I also removed the vehicles / creature cards, which are weaker in my opinion

-1 Cultivator's Caravan

-2 Foundry Screecher

I also removed a card, which wasn't really helpful during game

-2 Morbid Curiosity

Well, I fixed it kinda

Decided to build around the idea of reviving creatures with Macabre Waltz. Still kept the black but, I decided to use blue with it over red since I prefer most of the cards in that colour. Also do Artifact creatures work similarly to Artifacts or no? I wanted to use Foundry Screecher and Ovalchase Daredevil but, I felt like I wouldn't have enough artifacts to use them correctly.

Some of the cards in the deck aren't very good for a competitive deck, (outside of sealed or draft decks). Narnam Cobra, Foundry Screecher, Highspire Artisan, and Inventor's Goggles. Since you're going for a counters and artifact theme, I'd move the two Cultivator of Blades, and Weaponcraft Enthusiasts to the mainboard. Add one more Scrapheap Scrounger as it's an amazing card against control decks. Add Woodweaver's Puzzleknot to the sideboard, and at least 3 Metalspinner's Puzzleknot to the mainboard.

Essence Extraction and Ruinous Path are great removal spells and both are fairly inexpensive to acquire. Noxious Gearhulk works well with panharmonicon and is also an artifact lets you sac it to the syndicate trafficker, if it is about to be killed anyway. Nissa, Voice of Zendikar seems like a good fit in your deck, she puts counters on all your creatures. I think she's around 4 or 5 bucks now, so she's not too expensive. Ob Nixilis Reignited is also around 4 bucks and he'd be good in the main, if not the sideboard at least, as a one-of. Four Tireless Tracker seems really good too because you get clues which are artifacts, which you can either sac to draw cards, or sac to your syndicate traffickers to put counters on them. Undergrowth Champion might be good too. It gets a counter whenever you play a land.

First, Chromatic Lantern isn't Standard-legal. It's one of the Kaladesh Inventions, but you aren't allowed to include it in Standard decks.

Artifacts: Animation Module is a wasted slot. You don't have enough cards that use counters, so more often than not this is just going to sit out on the battlefield not doing anything. Decoction Module and Fabrication Module aren't strictly useless, but neither are they anything special, particularly since you have relatively few creatures in the deck. Whirlermaker is simply too expensive for what it does; it's a great card in draft but it's way too slow for Constructed.

Creatures: This isn't the right deck for Electrostatic Pummeler. There are some really neat, budget mono-Green or GR energy decks that the Pummeler works well in, but this deck has neither the buff effects nor the energy production to push the Pummeler to its limit. Foundry Inspector is ok but honestly, you're probably better off filling out your playsets of Master Trinketeer and Weaponcraft Enthusiast.

Sorceries: Diabolic Tutor and Refurbish are both pretty awful. They're both much too expensive, and Refurbish is particularly rough because you don't have any worthwhile targets. Cut these from your deck and don't look back.

Land: Four Inventors' Fairs is too many. It's a Legendary card which is really bad when it comes to lands. You don't want to have to sacrifice one just because you drew another and don't have other lands to play that turn. Don't go above two.

You also badly need removal. If you're dedicated to sticking with Kaladesh cards, Essence Extraction and Underhanded Designs are your best options, though really you should just pick up a playset of Grasp of Darkness instead of Extraction.

For other cards to add, Syndicate Trafficker and Marionette Master are great high-priority options, while Foundry Screecher, Dhund Operative, Angel of Invention, Toolcraft Exemplar, and Wispweaver Angel are all worth considering, in no particular order. I like Ovalchase Daredevil, but it's awfully slow. Finally, a copy or two of Inspired Charge might make for a good win condition.

I think Foundry Screecher is a bit expensive for what the deck's going for. Pay 3 mana, wait a turn, pay 5 mana to equip the axe to deal just 7 damage? I think Zulaport Cutthroat would work much better in there since you're creating tons of little dudes with Captain's Claws. Also note that the tokens from the claws are Allies, so they work with Kalastria Healer. They don't slow your deck down any since they're only 2 drops and they give you staying power in case you need that bit of extra health to outstay another aggro deck. Though I would consider this more beatdown than aggro. I'd put in at least one more Claws if not a playset and take out Slayer's Plate for Stoneforge Masterwork since you have a lot of tribal synergy. Also consider B/W standard staples like Declaration in Stone and Anguished Unmaking for more removal and especially Planeswalker hate.
