The Deck

Mono-black deck built around our commander Shirei, using her recursive ability to try and get as much value out of all the 1/1s in the deck. This deck makes some of the lesser used, and honestly average, creatures throughout MTG's history absolute powerhouses.

Strategy

Strategy here is very simple:

• Protect Shirei
• Play 1/1s, like Skyscanner
• Have 1+ sacrifice outlets on field
• Gain value from either the ETB or death of the 1/1s, via their own effects or other cards effects, such as Blood Artist
• Repeat every, single turn

And it's that simple. The more effects you have, the better this deck runs. Might have noticed a significant list change, that's because I had this deck taken apart for over a year, and have thrown it back together ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Notes

This a bit of a pet deck of mine, so it'll constantly be worked on/updated whenever I feel it needs it.　Fun fact：the Japanese version of this card is '死零', which roughly translates to 'Death Zero', which is quite fitting really ԅ(≖‿≖ԅ)
