After a large amount of testing, I came to terms with the flicker-Tron version.

The win-condition is Maul Splicer for large amounts of Golem tokens. Flickering Maul Splicer is basicly game over for the opponent.

Alternatively, there are also Aven Fogbringer or Dinrova Horror to slowly deny your opponent's permanents over multiple turns. You can also flicker Gulf Squid on your opponent's upkeep to deny their lands (and their mana pool empties before their main phase). Those rely Mnemonic Wall to be good though.

The strategy is weak to aggro, removal and counterspells so Moment's Peace is absolutely necessary.

Game Plan

You generally don't want to keep a hand with less than 2 lands and/or more than 1 cmc 6+ creature.

Turn 1: You'll often only have one 1-drop in hand. No hard decision to make.

Turn 2: Here you have multiple options due to the high amount of cmc 2 spells in the deck. Which you go for depends heavily on the situation and matchup. It would take ages to explain all of the possible scenarios, so as a rule of thumb: Will your opponent do something very threatening on his turn? Yes -> keep the 2 mana open for instants. No -> Drop a mana rock or crack expedition map

Turn 3: As the amount of mana available increases, so do the possible options. In the most optimal scenario, you now have all 3 Tron lands and a mana rock. That won't happen very often though, so you should focus on keeping up the defense in every other scenario.

Turn 4 and further: If you can't complete Tron yet, then on top of the defense does now come the task to find the last Tron land. As a general advice: Don't be too wasteful with resources. You can make a lot of mana and draw a lot of cards, but this is not a glass cannon deck. You always want to play safe. If you just played Maul Splicer and you have mana open for Ghostly Flicker, wait until your opponent's End Phase to cast it (or until the opponent tries to destroy Maul Splicer). Nothing is worse than having an opponent cast something in response to Ghostly Flicker.
