All these tentacles are meant for hugs.
My goal is a helpful deck that both limits and enables. I see how Orvar gets free copies of anything discarded by an opponent's ability. I want to enable my opponents into helping me discard.
Since monoblue seems to have difficulty in this I figure maybe I disable their hands, and offer group looting. Further I want to really want to amplify their card draw to get them afraid of deploying their normal card draw abilities.
