My take on Ad Nauseam combo.

The idea is to ramp into Sidisi, Undead Vizier, sacrifice herself to the exploit trigger to tutor up Ad Nauseam, and put your whole library into your hand for the tune of about 30 life. (Total CMC for the deck is 38, with Sidisi and Ad Nauseam included.)

After that there's enough mana rocks and accelerants to play Skirge Familiar and discard upwards of fifty cards to cast Exsanguinate.

The Maybeboard has some non-budget-friendly options that make the deck run smoother.

This deck has won on turn four every single time I've playtested it. (The trick is to aggressively mulligan away your swamps.)
