I used a random commander generator and ended up with Kyoki, Sanity's Eclipse . As such, I decided to build a deck around discarding/punishing opponents for having fewer than # cards in their hand. This deck likes to keep opponents from having anything impactful to cast until it either whittles them down or can overpower them with large creatures.
