This deck is the result of a challenge I did with a couple of friends to build a deck where none of the cards, including the commanders, could be more than $1 (at the time of making this; prices could change, of course), so I decided to use Hallar, the Firefletcher as my commander. This deck makes use of kicker cards and +1/+1 counters to deal lots of damage (hopefully). Any and all suggestions are welcome.
