from my precon I own give me budget recommendations need to get Isochron Scepter

The goal of this deck is voting it is an edited precon with budgets, the best combiniation is to use Isochron Scepter with illusion of choice, to control every vote. I know that there are better combinations with Isochron Scepter however its still meant to be casual enough for a group of friends without being annoying.
