My store is still developing its meta for Pauper EDH. One of my friends uses an Aerie Mystics as their commander, with a Bogles-style deck. This deck was built partly to counter that strategy, and also to explore what sort of things mono-black can do in pauper edh.

The major combo in the deck is Disturbed Burial + the commander. Allow him to hit the grave, and you can replay him continuously without worrying about commander tax. This takes eight mana a turn, however, and so isn't always going to be available.
