I wanted to play a monno black deck that could be good at utilizing politics to help take heat off of you at the table, it is a bracket 2 but in my experience it can stand up to the average bracket 3 deck. While it has no game changers in it yet a few could easily promote it to a solid 3 able to stand up to bracket 4.
