Hi there.

New player and deckbuilder here (4 months of play total?), thought I would upload one of the two new decks I built for my general play-group to go up against.

I first started with the Gimbal March of the Machine structure deck because I liked the idea of spawning a solid creature every turn with him. However, against very fast decks (Such as Atla Palani, Nest Tender) nothing I did could seem to hold up. So after putting him away for a while (Rashmi & Ragavan seemed the better commander out of the deck), I decided to try and rebuild him around a more "Token/Caster" deck rather than trying to focus on just creating the tokens, with an attempt at a few tricks to keep the table guessing whats going to happen next.

The big focus here is [Saheeli Rai] , [Saheeli, Sublime Artificer] and our Commander, [Gimbal, Gremlin Prodigy]. Every time either Saheeli pops out a token, thats a buff on our gremlin creatures at end step even if they dont stick around after that. Plus being able to copy some of our ramped or big creatures (cough ghalta cough) means that we can blow up pretty fast if things go our way.

A couple of the small synergies I put in:

Mechanized Production + Replicating Ring - bear with 7 turns of counters on replicating ring, drop mechanized production, and protect that sucker until replicating ring pops

Ghalta, Primal Hunger + Saheeli's Lattice - Drop down Ghalta, and if hes to be stolen/removed you can transform the Lattice into MECHA GHALTA (And Gimbal gives the creature trample again). A cheeky way to keep a high powered creature on the field, with synergy to the theme of artifact creatures and the like.

Cliquant Skymage is in there specifically to ramp up in the backline, as I intended for a fair amount of card draw in this deck, and if i can go 2-3 turns with him drawing 2-3 cards per turn, he becomes a rather harmful creature for my table to concern themselves with as well.

I would love to hear feedback however, as this is just the "Prototype" build of the deck. I have not played it yet to see how it goes, and am willing to take suggestions on what I can do to fine tune/tweak the deck from far more experienced builders. I would however like to keep the cost on changes/upgrades low, as this is a group of budget players looking to have fun and not a tournament intended deck.

Cheers!
