Gleam of Battle
Enchantment
Whenever a creature you control attacks, put a +1/+1 counter on it.

FormOverFunction on How Can I Put Circle …

I love enchantments and always want to use things like Circle of Flame. I would swap it in to replace Gleam of Battle, based on my ill-advised prioritization of controlling the board with Lightmine Field type effects over actually winning.

I am contemplating putting a copy of Circle of Flame into my Gisela, Blade of Goldnight EDH deck, but I am not certain what card I should remove to make room for it, if I should even put that card intro that deck.
Marshal's Anthem requires a significant investment of mana in order to produce a desirable result, so it is one candidate for replacement; Powerstone Minefield is a more powerful and riskier version of CoF, but Gisela shall ensure that it hurts my opponents more than it hurts me; and Gleam of Battle is rather expensive, in terms of mana, but its ability is undeniably useful, and Staff of Compleation can place additional +1/+1 counters on my creatures.
What does everyone else say, about my question? What card should I remove to make room for Circle of Flame in my Gisela deck, or do I not need to put it, there? I certainly would appreciate any advice that you may have to offer.

Not sure what your budget is, but I'd imagine cards like Aggravated Assault, Bloodthirster, Gleam of Battle, Karlach, Fury of Avernus all seem like useful additions.

Tokens and Protection

Thank you for your input! Yea the CMC is super high, that's where the need for protection came from in the first place. I was thinking to maybe cut the Soul's Attendant and use the space to speed up my board a bit by using some Sol Rings and potentially gain even more tempo by replacing Gleam of Battle and Legion's Initiative with a 4 off of Starfield Mystic
What exactly do you mean by locks? I'm not too familiar with terminology since we only play casual kitchen table magic :)

You managed to hit the land balance pretty much dead on--nice work! Unfortunately, I think you have a few too many lands. A good rule of thumb is to have 36-40 lands in a Commander deck, depending on speed and mana requirements. Since I don't see many non-land mana sources, and since you want to get a land drop every turn to reach the higher-cost cards, I recommend dropping to 39-40 lands.
Isshin, Two Heavens as One wants a lot of attack triggers, anything that says "Whenever such-and-such attacks...". You have some good choices with Kitsune Ace, Selfless Samurai, and Imperial Recovery Unit, among others, but there are more out there. If you can find cards like Campaign of Vengeance, Goblin Traprunner, and Gleam of Battle, or even Brutal Hordechief or Fervent Charge if you're willing to spend the money, you'll push this to the next level.
I also suggest finding some cards that let you draw more, like Greed or Read the Bones. is a good color for this, but and have been getting more options recently. Top deck effects like your Abbot of Keral Keep are also useful in the same way. This will help keep your attacks moving and apply pressure to your opponents.
Finally, look for some direct removal, like Terminate, Rip Apart, or Vindicate to get rid of problems and threats your opponents put out. Dokuchi Silencer and Explosive Entry are the right idea.
This isn't the right deck for Sky-Blessed Samurai, with only three enchantments. You'll be paying full cost for it most of the time, occasionally getting a one-mana discount, and its stats aren't good enough to justify the cost. Save it for a more enchantment focused deck where it can reach its full potential.
Finally, you could use some more one-mana cards so that you have more options on turn 1 besides play a land and pass.
Overall, this looks good. You have solid card interactions, a good combat theme and Vehicle subtheme, and a strong foundation. Play it, test it, tweak it, feel out what you like and what might be improved, and above all, have fun!

Wanted to add ways to mitigate board clears, and help punch through blockers.
would love recommendations for better versions of cards

This deck looks really fun! +1!
I just have a few suggestions that I think the deck a little faster and more consistent.
First, all of your creatures are pretty expensive! I would trim down on a few of the more expensive legendary creatures, and add some more aggressive style creatures.
I also think that your cards like Gleam of Battle, Coat of Arms, and Blade of the Bloodchief are just a bit too slow and only really help when you’re already ahead on board. If you’re behind, or the board is stalled, they don’t help much.
I think you should add some removal spells like Heartless Act, Murderous Rider (not a vampire but a creature after the removal spell!), Doom Blade, Path to Exile, or Condemn. There are a ton of removal spells so if you want more suggestions I can help out.
I hope it doesn’t seem like I’m ripping your deck apart! I think it’s really sweet! I would just play a little more aggressive of a deck if it were mine! Dusk Legion Zealot isn’tbig but it draws a card and can get big quickly with your other cards.
Gifted Aetherborn is another cheap vampire with lifelink and deathtouch!

Could try Gleam of Battle, Anointed Procession, Purphoros, God of the Forge, or Intangible Virtue for other enchantments for your tokens.
For flying protection, might want Gruul Charm and/or Whirlwind
A strong defensive spell might be Cleansing Nova, Boros Charm, and Return to Dust. Possibly even Ghostly Prison.
