My entry for 'whacky tribal theme Edh' deck week! Greetings, citizen! It is me, Uncle Derevi! Say, do you like ARCHERS? I know all the students at my ARCHERY TRAINING academy do! Arrows, archers and more ARROWS! Why get your hands dirty when you can feather your enemies with death on their turn? We take the security of our archers very seriously, using cards like Asceticism Intruder Alarm Faces of the Past Voidslime Swift Silence Diminish Turn to Frog Faith's Reward and Bow of Nylea to make sure our students stay safe, or if that's impossible, at least the others learn a valuable lesson!

Since archers do their best work on other peoples turn, we at the Archery academy like untapping a lot, so we can be sure to be ready to block or shoot down any attackers, they include: Seedborn Muse Prophet of Krupix Thoughtweft Gambit Turnabout Umbral Mantle Quest for Renewal The most promising student is GREATBOW DOYEN--he always helps out the other creatures and allows our arrows to hit multiple targets. BRIGID, HERO OF KINSBAILE is no slouch either--she can mow down waves of attacking mooks! So can SCATTERSHOT ARCHER, especially if both of them have been given deathtouch with RUTHLESS INSTINCTS or QUIETUS SPIKE. SIGIL OF SLEEP is another great way to keep your opponent on the back-foot by bouncing his creatures... Here at my academy, we try to make things easy for our students! They practice with HEARTSTONES to reduce their costs, and most of them enjoy visiting the TRAINING GROUNDS! Sometimes, we get lucky and allow the students to handle the RINGS OF BRIGHTHEARTH to copy their own abilities. We're a tight-knit community...so of course we help each other out with cards like Adaptive Automaton Obelisk of Urd Descendant's Path and Murkfiend Liege
