For a voltron deck, you have many creatures, a fair amount are sub-optimal. Using creatures that have exalted, or exalted + some useless ability is detrimental for what you are probably aiming for. These are the biggest offenders: Akrasan Squire Aven Squire Dawnray Archer, Ethercaste Knight Frontline Sage, Guardians of Akrasa, Outrider of Jhess, Rhox Bodyguard Rhox Charger, 3 three "sigiled" creatures, and Waveskimmer Aven. That is 13 creatures. You will want more interaction with-- and defense against-- your opponent(s). Swords to Plowshares, Krosan Grip, Aura Shards, Dispel, Stifle, and Rootborn Defenses are all cards to consider. For buffing rafiq, Berserk is a near must, the sword of x&y cycle (however many you can get), and the Sovereigns of Lost Alara+Eldrazi Conscription are also near musts.

I really like this deck! It's well made, and it seems like it can really do some damage. The only thing I can see getting rid of is perhaps Knight of Glory. It doesn't seem all to relevant, and it's not much of a body to leave behind to block. I would consider Angelic Benediction. Higher mana cost, and it's additional effect isn't that powerful, but it's an exalted trigger that can survive a board wipe. Another option may be Blade of Selves, as it lets you attack multiple people without ruining your exalted triggers. If you're set on having an extra creature with exalted, I'm a fan of Dawnray Archer.
