A goofy Dimir Voltron deck making extensive use of Cipher cards and Auras. Why? Why not?

Silumgar's main attraction is his built-in flying and hexproof, but his high toughness opens up fun jank opportunities; auras like Maggot Therapy and Boon of Emrakul can be used as spot removal or as surprise buffs, and reversers like Merfolk Thaumaturgist or Twisted Image let us sneak in a hefty chunk of Commander damage.

Hexproof allows us to blithely use the worst 2-for-1 cards ever, the Cipher cycle! A pinch of double strike via Fireshrieker or Grappling Hook adds up to enormous value, sort of! More conventional picks like Curiosity and Sleeper's Robe are fine too, probably.

Our real wincon, however, is stacking a boatload of counters on Silumgar with any combo of Sadistic Glee, Eternal Thirst or Necrosynthesis. With his ability winnowing down enemy tokens or Infernal Genesis force-feeding our opponents fresh fodder, we'll have an unstoppable monster in no time!
