I know, I know you're all thinking 'WHAT?! Leo isn't banned in T LEADERS? HOW!?' well, two good reasons are: 1. The tiny leader creators won't ban him unless they print a second Sultai tiny leader. 2. He is way, way more disgusting in commander, I think tiny leader (And legacy) are his home.

The only card i found at 3 CMC or less was Anvil of Bogarden, that and Geier Reach Sanitarium. Those are the cards that will make your opponent groan in agony as they lose there hands to leo's strong presence. Besides Leovold, this deck is just Sultai good tempo. With your special guests of True name, Dark Depths, Lili's to have fun with.

So, do enjoy the party that Leo has provided. He spared no expense!
