Don't mess with the IRS!

Still in the process of compiling the right cards together and not spend as much - all suggestions welcome.

The concept of this deck is landfall/taxing opponents to pay mana or returning a land. Rhystic Study and Mana Breach .

This deck was inspired by Rhystic Study to cycle through my deck and to work with Walking Atlas , Sakura-Tribe Scout, Mana Breach, and Prophet of Kruphix and Trade Routes to trigger the landfall abilities of creatures.

2 x Mana Breach is the magic number to completely control opponents to play very conservative while i can cast spells very often for as long as i have at least 1 Sakura-Tribe Scout
