Play lots of artifacts, break out Chiss-Goria, Forge Tyrant, play even bigger aritifacts. Steel Hellkite, Hellkite Tyrant, and Cavern-Hoard Dragon complete the set of artifact-loving Dragons, and make good alternate mounts for things like Nettlecyst, Shadowspear, and Hexplate Wallbreaker. Wurmcoil Engine, Combustible Gearhulk, Threefold Thunderhulk, Cityscape Leveller, and Myr Battlesphere are big scary artifact creatures that can take the heat off Chiss-Goria. This deck can win with Commander damage given how easy Chiss-Goria can be to cast late-game and how nasty you can make him with equipment.
