Hello everyone, I bought the Kamiz, Obscura Oculus Precon and immediately swapped the commander to Raffine, Scheming Seer because he was really impressive in the Pre-Release of Streets of New Capenna. I played the Deck out of the box with Raffine as Commander and the Deck was smooth right away. I changed a little bit in the 99 and ended with this updated version.
