Welcome to the collection. Thisis a pile of fun merfolk.

With some high value coming from Kiora’s +1 to a creature and land, we have some early busted ramp. Then we follow up with open into wonder to draw into more creatures.

Empress Galina can be particularly busted with Kiora’s +1 allowing for additional activations to steal multiple legendary permanents. Prophet of Kruphix gives 3 more activations on other players turns as well.

The low costed merfolk are here to get in some easy evasive damage on troublesome planeswalkers, or even take down a player or two.

The big play to close out the game is to utilize Cryptolith Rite / Growing Rites of Itlimoc   to generate a huge Genesis Wave .

TLDR: Kiora OATHBREAKER unblockable merfolk.

Kiora, Master of the Depths + Open Into Wonder The goal is to push out a lot of low cmc merfolk. Ramp with Kiora by +1 to untap a land. Draw into merfolk with Kioras -2.

Once a decent army is out, give unblockable to all of them with Open Into Wonder . Then draw off them. Play out some more merfolk on the next turn.

Rinse and Repeat.
