Kaboom!
Sorcery
Choose any number of target players. For each of those players, reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a nonland card. Kaboom! deals damage equal to that card's converted mana cost to that player, then you put the revealed cards on the bottom of your library in any order.

When building a commander establish the goal of the deck and what type of play group the deck will fit into. You don't want to bring a tank to a pillow fight. If you're looking to make her competitive it's not terribly hard. Her ability is busted and scales really well if your opponents are also playing a bunch of degenerate stuff.
Highly competitive I'd recommend playing a storm version of her with Aetherflux Reservoir and ad nauseum; though I will not this leads to very linear games and your friends will groan every time you slap this type of deck on the table.
Medium - something along the lines of Aggravated Assault and Sword of Feast and Famine . Granted infinite combat steps will probably win the game this requires a higher mana commitment and is much easier to deal with than storm
Casual - chaos spells. Personally, I hate this archetype because it takes away skill based decisions and turns everything into RNG. Whims of the Fates , Kaboom! , and Order of Succession are examples of this.

I also suggest considering the following cards: Fault Line , Sulfurous Blast , Volcanic Fallout , Acidic Soil , Breath of Darigaaz , Cave-In , Cerebral Eruption , Earthquake , Flamebreak , Kaboom! , Molten Disaster , and Steam Blast .

With how high your CMC is, how about a Baneful Omen , Kaboom! , Sin Prodder since you already have things like Vicious Shadows and Vial Smasher the Fierce ? Otherwise +1!

Thanks hkhssweiss and Hamroids for the suggestions. Sorry it's taken me so long to respond, life has been... busy the last few weeks. I'm hoping to do another update to this deck over the weekend.
hkhssweiss: Great suggestions, I'll definitely have to add some of those lands, but since i'm so limited on ramp I want my lands to actually tap for colored mana. Kaboom! is too goofy not to include, haha. Thanks again!
Hamroids: How could I forget about Ixidron!!! Ixidron will definitely go into this deck on the next update, thanks!

Looking pretty good so far austintayshus! Excited to see how this comes out!
Some cards that can be considered:
- Sunder - Maybe a bit too rude?
- Murder - Removal with no downside.
- Delay - All around good counterspell.
- Obliterate - Better than Jokulhaups because it can't be countered.
- Kaboom! - It's just funny casting this spell.
- Ovinize - Can be useful.
- Hatred - Goes on theme and can threaten to one-shot someone.
- Blightning - Hand disruption?
- Rewind - Untapping lands is great.
- Unwind - Same as above.
- Opt - Better than Omen in some ways.
- Phthisis - It's funny saying this word.
- Necropotence - Best card draw as well as refill.
- Desertion - I want to have nice things too :P
- Plaguecrafter - On theme and works with Thrax.
Just some more ideas lol and maybe for lands you can consider running:
They aren't great but they funny to add in haha, hope that helps!

Chandra, the Firebrand This card may be a sneaky good card for your deck. Chandra, the Firebrand + Savage Beating uses both modes. It also works well with most of your sorcery spells like Acidic Soil, Chandra's Ignition and Kaboom!.

Garmads I wouldn't take out Aggravated Assault because it's way too fun for that. Kaboom! is definitely a must have because it's so much fun and it adds the randomness that red can give you. Dualcaster Mage, Fire Servant, Tunneling Geopede, Sunbird's Invocation, Stolen Strategy, Thieves' Auction and Bonus Round are also really fun.
