I also suggest considering the following cards: Fault Line , Sulfurous Blast , Volcanic Fallout , Acidic Soil , Breath of Darigaaz , Cave-In , Cerebral Eruption , Earthquake , Flamebreak , Kaboom! , Molten Disaster , and Steam Blast .

Lots of good advice and options above, but I'll chime in anyway!
First, a shameless plug of my own Sunforger deck! Super Smash Boros | Firesong & Sunspeaker EDH
Notable ones already mentioned:
- Teferi's Protection
- Deflecting Palm: biggest "gotcha" card ever
- Enlightened Tutor: not only does it get Sunforger, you can can also get it with Sunforger
- Boros Charm
Options that I don't think were mentioned:
- Chaos Warp: good removal.
- Dawn Charm: flexible fog.
- Settle the Wreckage: havn't had much succes with this personally, but it's an option.
- Argivian Find: good to get some recursion, especially if sunforger get's blown up.
- Dispatch: basically a better swords to plowshares in an artifact deck.
- Intimidation Bolt: good for stopping attacks that you don't want to happen(think Narset, Jeleva, Etali triggers).
- Price of Progress: Most damage for 2 mana you'll get. In the late game it becomes fantastic.
- Sulfurous Blast: another wipe option.
- Rootborn Defenses: protection, populate.
Other sunforger support cards you might want:
- Relic Seeker: Cheap tutor
- Auriok Windwalker: re-equip shenanigans.
- Auriok Steelshaper: smaller equip cost.
- Sculpting Steel: more sunforger!
- Masterwork of Ingenuity: EVEN MORE SUNFORGER!
- Brass Squire: re-equip shenanigans.
- Sigarda's Aid: flash it in, free equip.

lance4224130 It seems a lot better now with those changes. How has it worked out recently?
For Deflecting Palm, you can just switch it with another nice aoe/utility you could tutorize through Sunforger. Here are a bunch of possibilities : Teferi's Protection , Volcanic Fallout, Skred (if you opt for the snow-covered lands), Sulfurous Blast, Magma Jet, etc.
If you want something which ''looks like'' Deflecting Palm, you can always try out Divine Deflection. It's certainly a bit better there because you can, with a lot of mana, prevent the damages from all spells you're gonna cast this turn, and burn everyone. I'm not convinced though. It's pretty much a meh card.
That said, I think you could find a home for Sivvi's Valor in your deck, as you were seeking for ways to protect your commander. The loss of life doesn't really matter considering the absurd amount of lifegain you have.
Tithe is also an incredible card, if you manage to find the place for it.
Honor the Fallen is an interesting graveyard hate card, and it works pretty well with your strategy (lifegain) and the Sunforger.

Been thinking about cutting Young Pyromancer and Monastery Mentor... I've already cut Blaze Commando so they seem next in line. I like them because, while they don't advance my specific gameplan, they still synergize with it and give me a ton of value. If I cut just one which would you cut?
Thalia's Lancers gets Neheb, the Eternal. I keep them because I feel Neheb is that important to the deck. And they can grab a finisher like Gisela or if Neheb is unavailible and I'm starving for draws Azor's Gateway Flip. Might be cut after I get to playtest the deck but it'll stay for now.
I like Puresteel Paladin but not sure how heavy into equipment synergy I can go. Already finding room for Basilisk Collar, hope it works great. I want to avoid infect so no Grafted Exoskeleton. Sword of Kaldra seems to expensive and distracts from the theme. Darksteel Plate is already in the deck. Eight-and-a-Half-Tails was considered early on but is only good with painter's servant out and nixes the lifegain I get from my own creatures. Indestructible over protection. Sunbond was cut the other day. I really like it but had to make room. Might find it's way back in.
Isochron Scepter like I said above I'm low on targets and it seems hard to set up. Especially if i draw it late game. Tempting though.
All the damage doublers are good but require me to have both the damage spell and the doubling spell in hand, and the mana to cast both. From my experience with Neheb and Brion Stoutarm I'm not a fan personally.

Note #1: I'm considering adding another combo. Strionic Resonator and Sands of Time. This gives me infinite mana/untaps during my upkeep, meaning if I have Comet Storm or Aurelia's Fury in hand I win the game. Or Sunforger and Mistveil Plains. trying to come up with uses if I don't have those things out/in hand though. let me know your thoughts. Boros combo! Can ya believe it?
Note #2: I've noticed a few more Firesong and Sunspeaker decks popping up. This is good! I now need a unique name to make mine stand out. Any suggestion are much appreciated.

Really nice deck especially with the Painter's Servant value. You could probably add more red/white instants and cut some of the payoff like Young Pyromancer and Monastery Mentor since they don't really advance the strategy. Thalia's Lancers don't have many targets in the current decklist. Anarchist also seems overpriced for the effect.
Puresteel Paladin should be fairly reliable for helping you equip the Sunforger for 0, and draws a few cards. You could add a few more equipment like Basilisk Collar to kill creatures easily and gain more life, Grafted Exoskeleton to kill players much faster (and also withers creatures), or even Sword of Kaldra to exile indestructible creatures. Darksteel Plate protects your commander from your own burn as well. Eight-and-a-Half-Tails is easy to use with Painter's Servant. Sunbond is interesting because it lets you potentially go the voltron route, but you might want to keep it a spellslinging deck.
Isochron Scepter is a very notable absentee, but perhaps you don't have enough instants to make the most of it.
You could also benefit from a few more spells that do damage to everything, such as Volcanic Fallout and Sulfurous Blast, which can also be cast with Sunforger, and gain you lots of life and really hurts your opponents with Repercussion. Aftershock doesn't net enough value. Vandalblast seems a lot stronger for 1 more mana.
Ultimately, it seems like the Spiritualize combo will be the main Sunforger target since it can win once your commander deals combat damage or you cast any red spell with Painter's Servant out, or Lightning Helix or Warleader's Helix without the Servant, or you Swords to Plowshares your own creature. Not sure if you'd want a few more white instants to combo with Spiritualize and your commander.

Hey I am long time Aurelia player. Your list is looking pretty solid but I have few changes that I would recommend.
Cut Sram, Senior Edificier low equipment count deck hes not great. Figure of Destiny its a great card but it just takes up too much mana for what it does. Kor Cartographer doesn't have enough board impact for my liking, solemn is ok to keep though. Cataclysm and Obliterate are generally difficult to get into the right situation for, but you can keep them if they work well in your meta. Legion's Initiative and Sigarda's Aid are just never as good as I want them to be. I also wouldn't run Ajani Vengeant hard to protect and just doesn't do that much. Staff of Nin is just too much slow and takes up too much tempo.
In:For additions somethings that I like for this style of deck are Glorybringer, Firemane Avenger, Sunscorch Regent, Steelshaper's Gift, Magus of the Wheel is nice for card draw. Sulfurous Blast and Comeuppance are mvp sunforger targets for me.
If youre looking for more ways to achieve infinite combat steps: Aggravated Assault with either Neheb, the Eternal or Sword of Feast and Famine are usually sure fire ways to do it. You can also mix eldrazi displacer in there, its not as efficient but if you're looking for redundancy it helps.

Hey its PJ from Commander Replay. You're deck looks to be in great shape, so I have a few suggestions that I think it will help trim some fat and add more punch.
First up the cards to cut. Id get rid of Mind's Eye The way this deck plays you're going to want to tap out your mana every turn and you don't really have time to leave mana open to try and draw, plus its clunky at 5cc. Also cut Reforge the Soul I find it to be too slow. You usually need to take an entire turn off to play it, so its just too slow and clunky. Wheel of fortune is great, but if you can't afford it just stick with magus of the wheel. The cost of 3 then 2 is much better than 5 all at once. Your card draw will come primary from Mask of Memory, Sword of Fire and Ice with Sunforger and Sword of the Animist also generating card advantage. Next I personally would cut the Ancient Den, Great Furnace and Mox Opal package since you don't want your lands getting taken down by vandalblast. I would use Thought Vessel in place of mox opal. Next up cut Divine Reckoning its just never going to do what you want it to. Use a full board wipe instead. I would cut Gratuitous Violence its always been a bit too slow for me and the RRR is hard to get on turn 5. Next were going to cut Relic Seeker for open the armory, its a great card early but gets less good the longer the game goes, its usually one of the last cards i cut trying to get down to 99. Ive always found Savage Beating to be too slow.
Next up, the maybe cuts. Sword of Light and Shadow I have tried to live the light and shadow dream for a long time and it just usually doesn't come through. I have found that you really want higher creature counts to get good benefit out of it. Great card, but not the right home. Ive never had great experience with Assemble the Legion if you're having more success than me, keep it, if not cut it. Pay attention to The Immortal Sun and Alms Collector I haven't tested either of these, but if they are playing well keep them, if they aren't cut them.
Once you know what to cut, it frees up a lot of room. So you can use my suggestions for additions if you want to, or you can try out some other things that you want to. But here are the cards that I would add:
Duelist's HeritageIt will replace gratuitous violence nicely.Open the Armory will replace relic seeker. find your equipment immediately. Glorybringer is just insane with Aurelia. On turn 5 it kills most things. Balan, Wandering Knight, Kazuul's Toll Collector, Armory Automaton all 3 are great in equipment decks. Next up your sunforger package, Comeuppance and Sulfurous Blast are all stars for me. If sun forger with mistveil plains, comeuppance says you can't kill me in combat. Sulfurous is often one of the first things I go for after resolving sun forger, beyond obviously leaving up boros charm and teferis. Neheb, the Eternal gives you a second way to hit the aggravated assault combo, is a good beater, and even just some incidental extra mana is nice. And finally I would add in the full board wipe of you choice Blasphemous Act, Wrath of God All Is Dust and Ugin, the Spirit Dragon are all great choices. Pick the one best fits.
The mana base. Emeria, The Sky Ruin is a must. If they are in the budget khans fetches like Windswept Heath are really nice. If not, I would get the mirage fetches like Flood Plain. Focus on the white fetchlands since they get mistveil plains. Because you have 1 hit potential, Cathedral of War is a solid choice but it does have cost sometimes of being colorless. New Benalia is also solid.
Other things that I like a lot but aren't must includes. Bruse Tarl, Boorish Herder, Inferno Titan, Etali, Primal Storm. Treasonous Ogre is a card not many people know about, I've used it successfully, but I would make sure you have some life gain to balance it out.
Heres some personal preference things:I run Tithe and Gift of Estates in place of Weathered Wayfarer each have pros and cons. I like running Wear / Tear even though you can only cast half of it off sun forger. I prefer Swiftfoot Boots over Lightning Greavesbecause of the awkwardness of shroud.
I need to update it, theres a few cards I no longer use. but I have a very similar Aurelia list you can check it out here. Aurelia Weapons of War
For me with a deck like this, early game I focus on mask of memory and/or sword of the animist to generate some early advantage. These also don't draw as much artifact hate as the big hitters. Then ill bring down sun forger, feast and famine and fire and ice or argentum armor later to close things out.

Very cool concept!
I worry about the fragility of depending on your commander for your combos, although a Boros commander is certainly great for this deck. Gisela, Blade of Goldnight, might be the best one for this deck, but I bet Razia, Boros Archangel, would work well, too. I might suggest that Avacyn go in the 99 as a trigger for Repercussion.
Neheb, the Eternal also seems broken for this deck.
In terms of spells that might reasonably consistently trigger Repercussion, have you tested with additional, efficient "...damage to each creature" spells like Balefire Dragon, Anger of the Gods, Bloodfire Dwarf, Bloodfire Kavu, Breath of Darigaaz, Caldera Hellion, Cave-In, Chandra, Flamecaller, Devastating Dreams, Faultline, Firespout, Firestorm, Incendiary Command, Pyroclasm, Kozilek's Return, Krark-Clan Shaman, Magma Vein, Martyr of Ashes (+ Proclamation of Rebirth), Meteor Blast, Pyrohemia, Rupture, Ryusei, the Falling Star, Scourge of Kher Ridges, Scouring Sands, Slagstorm, Slice and Dice (cycled), Starstorm, Subterranean Tremors, Sulfurous Blast, Sweltering Suns, Thunder Dragon, Tremor, Electrickery, Volcanic Fallout, Volcanic Spray, Whipflare, or Yamabushi's Storm?
It seems like tutor, ramp, win with direct creature damage is the path to victory with or without Avacyn, so the more cards dedicated to those three things, the better.
