Should work now ;) have fun playing and remember don't be to greedy with Notorious Throng during matches. Sometimes it is enough to get 4 1/1 additional rouges and forgett about the extra turn. You can still fetch another one after you got the first swing of tokens with your card advantage cards ;)

That would still have to much Lands. I'd go for 22 or 20 Lands (if you need mana Talisman of Dominance as a Ramp but I'd not suggest that for real)
Marsh Flitter was rather for Mill strategies to get sacrifice Fodder for Undercity Informer if you desire to go Mill.Blighted Agent could do quite a lot with Stinkdrinker Bandit but it's another kind of Damage so you could stuck on 8-9 poison and an opponent on 2 life if everything went wrong because you're not playing Infect and players who do play infect mostly use instants that can add power to their creatures or add cards that grant infect to other creatures.
You should really use counters to protect Tetsuko. Worst case: You swing with everything and think they are unblockable because of Tetsuko and your opponent uses a Terror or Doomblade on Tetsuko for those situations you need to counter what ever removal they play.Budget friendlier Counters:Mana LeakSpell PierceNegateCensor
You could go down the blighted Agents, 2 swamps & Marsh Flitter for 8x counterspells and use some common lands that enter the battlefield tapped and produce either or . There are some good budget options. But for about 2-3$ you could get 2-3 Underground River which certainly helps to get the right mana on time.
Little advice for playing with Pestermites you can use them in your opponents upkeep to tap down one land. That way they can't play their three drops on turn three if you startet the game ;)

Thieves mostly use more control and with that mana curve I'd suggest t play less lands.Even if yome cards are at 5 or 4 mana most of those have a prowl cost that makes them cheaper.I suggest Pestermite as an replacement of Deathcult Rogue because it can block still has evasion and becomes unblockable with Tetsuko. And as much as I like Earwig Squad it won't be that good because it can't interact with Tetsuko you should rather counter something with Spell Pierce because it cost little which allows you to cast stuff and also protect cards like Tetsuko from removal. Then you could also switch between creature removal and counterspells (altouch you want counters to get rid of Field Whipes and co.
If you want to mill you should put Undercity Informer & Earwig Squad in the same Deck and add rogues token via Marsh Flitter or sacrificing Auntie's Snitch while also including Bitter Ordeal to remove more lands from the Deck. But for such a Deck you rather want 1CMC 1/1 creatures that are hard to block to cast Earwing Squad as soon as possible and sacrifice them later. E.g. Faerie Miscreant (also draws a card if you already have one), Slither Blade or Triton Shorestalker. The Mill version could also use some counters and certainly Noggin Whack to see what your opponent hides in his/her hand and discard dangerous cards like field whipes befor your opponent has a chance to use them. But I guess you're not after the Mill win.
I hope that helps. Always keep in mind that you also want to have cards to prevent your opponent to stop your strategy or to stop their strategy instead ;)
