So this deck is an attempt at a "Cycling Epic" deck. I want to really push on the "epic" cycle of cards and still have stuff to do after without being limited to constant draw and end turn.

My main combo is Mizzix's Mastery and any of the Epic Cards and I have one lockout combo being Decree of Silence + Solemnity

What would be good replacements or cards that would really make this deck get stronger? I would like the keep the budget under $300 if at all possible.
