Trying to break Illusionist's Bracers. This is my first attempt at modern.

Someone said, "Those bracers make Tavern Swindler kinda cool."

After initial tests of this rotgut of a homebrew, I'm retching.

The theory was that I'd put a bunch of cheap creatures with activated abilities that could become infinite, shake it up, and watch the magic happen. But it's too damn slow.

Example one. Enchant a land with either Utopia Sprawl or Fertile Ground. Equip Arbor Elf so that bracers allow elf to generate 4 mana per activation. Pair with a wizard like galvanizing alchemist or Captain of the Mists to make it go infinite. Use infinite mana on increasing confusion or another mana sink.
