I had wanted to make a mono-blue deck for a while and these commanders seemed like a pretty sweet pairing. Basically the goal is to draw a crapload of cards which triggers various things in the deck and makes some creatures huge. Plus Omniscience is in the deck, so you could always just play everything once you draw a ton.

I don't really want this deck to be super control-y, to be honest. But I'm not sure that it's very well balanced at the moment, so if anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

I'm also trying to keep this fairly budget so I don't want to add in any super expensive cards. There are some expensive cards in here, yes, but only ones that I already own that I bought when they were a lot cheaper, haha.
