This is a Simic Sea Monster deck centered around the subtypes from Quest for Ula's Temple. It has a small scry subtheme thanks to the new commander, and a decent amount of tap down and bounce back. It also has a large ramp package that could maybe be toned down to put in counterspells or more scrying. The deck would also benefit from big mana rocks, but this is a slightly more budget version so feel free to improve as needed.
