War Oracle

Lifelink (Damage dealt by this creature also causes you to gain that much life.)

Renown 1 (When this creature deals combat damage to a player, if it isn't renowned, put a +1/+1 counter on it and it becomes renowned.)

What are some of the most difficult card names to pronounce? (And let me get the obvious Asmoranomardicadaistinaculdacar out of the way)

A few I have: War Oracle, Zndrsplt, Eye of Wisdom, and Iymrith, Desert Doom.

Yes, I'm the mana screwed guy lol. If you're trying to cut back on cards, I would start with Knightly Valor and Conviction. Valor doesn't do much for your gameplan and is expensive, and Conviction pumps up toughness, which isn't much of a boost for lifelink creatures. You also may want to consider replacing War Oracle with Gisela, the Broken Blade. You have one more power plus built in evasion.

If you have money for it, I'd suggest Endless Horizons. I'd suggest Reprisal instead of Rebuke, less situational. Instead of Dauntless Onslaught, I'd go with Inspired Charge to buff your whole board. War Oracle would give much more sustainable lifegain than Arashin Cleric, which you can increase with Ascension. You might like Honor of the Pure as well.

I think this has a good base to it. There are some cards that I think are a bit underwhelming which are: the Crown of Empires, Scepter of Empires, and Throne of Empires combo. As much as getting 5 soldier tokens is good, you have to spend a lot of mana to achieve that and you could do many better things with that mana. Assemble the legion like Cmasa435 said is a much better alternative. I think you could replace those with mana rocks such as sol ring or any of the signets in this color scheme. One card that I have found really good at stopping people's big powerful ability creatures is Darksteel Mutation because it takes away all of their creature's abilities and it becomes an indestructible 0/1 which is easily manageable. Akroan Horse is a great card for any Zedruu deck, especially one that likes soldiers. I think some of your cards cost too much to do what they do such as Akroan Horse and Akroan Jailer since they cost so much to activate each turn it limits what else you can do. YOU NEED MORE LAND. A commander deck needs a fair amount of land, especially one like this where you have a lot of mana activated abilities. I would say you need at least 36 lands, but I might recommend more like 38 even if they're just more basic land. I'm not a huge fan of Clash of Wills as a counterspell since it gives your opponent an option to get out be countered, so maybe throw in a card like Counterflux because it's an uncounterable counter spell that can counter more than one thing if necessary. A lot of your creatures: War Oracle, Stalwart Aven, Skyspear Cavalry, Elite Scaleguard are very underwhelming and could be replaced with much better cards. I don't know why you have Godo, Bandit Warlord in here if you have 0 equipment spells in the deck because he's fairly pointless otherwise. Blazing Archon and Archetype of Imagination are really expensive for what they do. I would suggest putting better creatures for that mana cost in here. Rolling Thunder and Reverse the Sands aren't very good and there are better spells you can put in there. Wear / Tear is a great card for artifact and enchantment removal and I would include it. Broken Concentration is bad because the madness cost is more than the actual cost and I would get a better counter spell. Captured by the Consulate isn't great so I might switch that out. For having a solider theme you don't have a lot of cards that produce soldiers or help the actual soldier type so I would look for more that do that, both creatures and spells. I would also recommend adding a big finisher or two because they would really help. Also I know you are trying to make the deck budget, but Enlightened Tutor and Mystical Tutor really help find things you need in a variety of situations, so I might try to add them. I hope this helps and I hope it wasn't too critical. If you have any more questions please feel free to ask.

You have a lot of competing +1/+1 mechanics going on here. While they can certainly coexist and synergize, focusing in on 1 or 2 may make the deck more cohesive during play.

Strategy 1 is using the renown mechanic to make cheaper creatures into huge threats. Having some way to guarantee that damage will get through is something I'd personally add. Some cheap options are Whispersilk Cloak and Rogue's Passage. If you go that route, I'd up the number of the stronger renowned creatures like Topan Freeblade, Outland Colossus, Valeron Wardens, and War Oracle in lieu of running the maximum variety.

Strategy 2 is using the outlast mechanic and other stuff from the Khans block to create aggressive synergies with +1/+1 counters. In addition to Abzan Falconer, I'd want Abzan Battle Priest, Ainok Bond-Kin, Herald of Anafenza, and Tuskguard Captain. Some other supporting cards include Hardened Scales, Servant of the Scale, and High Sentinels of Arashin. Note that if you have a lot of targeting instants and sorceries like Reap What Is Sown, you can also benefit from the heroic mechanic with creatures like Phalanx Leader, Fabled Hero, and Hero of Leina Tower.

Strategy 3 is going all in on the big bad hydras with all other cards just being a foundation for the bombs. Despite how cool Phytohydra can be, I don't think G/W is the best color pair for a deck with this aim in mind. I'm a fan of going G/U for simic shenanigans, but mono-green works fine as well. Besides creatures with evolve like Simic Manipulator, blue gives access to cards like Lorescale Coatl, Zameck Guildmage, Fathom Mage, Sage of Hours, and Vorel of the Hull Clade. Green also has Gyre Sage, Hooded Hydra, Solidarity of Heroes, Polukranos, World Eater, Scourge of Skola Vale, Genesis Hydra, Vastwood Hydra, Lifeblood Hydra, and Protean Hydra. While much more expensive, Kalonian Hydra and Primordial Hydra tend to be considered the best hydras.

Well, that's all the stuff that comes to mind right now. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Thank you for this. Have been running a variation of this deck for roughly a month now, very enjoyable to play and quite successful.

The main changes I have made revolve around adding 2 - Odric, Lunarch Marshal and including a few more key words. Generally revolving around the fundamentals of this deck though, of keeping the creatures fast paced and they have to be human.

I have found Odric, Lunarch Marshal to be a great drop following an early Archangel of Tithes making all of the creatures flyers during combat. This is great if combined with Arashin Foremost or War Oracle.

War Oracle for doubtless one and Banisher Priest for whipgrass? Order of Whiteclay for replacement for sigil. Hallow is a replacement for aegis, though it is 1 time only.

I'm a fan of Odric,I find that he always makes things interesting.

Just a few suggestion, could you swap out Iroas's Champion with Aven Sunstriker, it would add another flyer for pretty much the same cost, and with double strike. And for the lifelink instead of War Oracle, Hidden Dragonslayer. He would trigger Bygone Bishop, and give you a little more versatility. Also, another card idea is Misthoof Kirin, Kirin is also another flyer, with vigilance.
