Some thoughts:
-
as a monocolored deck, there’s no point in running Evolving Wilds or Terramorphic Expanse, in fact as they make lands enter tapped, they actively hurt you by slowing you down.
-
cards like Lofty Denial and Lookout's Dispersal are incredibly weak and unreliable - you’re better off running Mana Leak.
-
your creature count is very high for a control deck, which will often mean you run out of ways to disrupt your opponent and get overwhelmed. Mist of your creatures are all incredibly underwhelming also, all being very small, easy to kill, and do-nothing. You would be far better-off running much less creatures, but then having those creatures that you do run be threatening, like Tolarian Terror.
-
cards like Stern Dismissal, Unsummon, and Divide by Zero are all really, really bad in a control deck, as the archetype only really wins by attrition and card advantage, and these bounce spells are giving you card disadvantage - meaning you’ll run out of resources first and lose the game. If you’re having problems answering stuff on-board, you’re better-off with something like Witness Protection

Hey. I'm happy I made a deck to enjoy. Let me know any suggestions depending on how it will go or what I should work on!
It depends on whether you intend to keep this deck a budget deck, so I'll suggestion budget sideboard cards.
Fading Hope (Scrying can ensure you mill a creature as well), Divide by Zero (Especially since it's a multi-purpose counter that provides value and you can discard a creature card if you don't learn), Soul-Guide Lantern (Graveyard hate nowadays), Bloodchief's Thirst, Perpetual Timepiece against GY hate directed towards you, Spell Pierce, Make Disappear (Lots of 1 power things to sacrifice) and Ertai's Scorn.
The deck has a slow start, so countering early game aggression or an opponent developing their strategy, basically.

Without info on a budget it is a bit hard to suggest upgrades. However; as said before you need to lower your mana curve and focus the deck on either landfall or beaters. I would also cut 6 of the lands to go down to 38 and add in much more ramp. Cutting:
6 lands
would give you 13 free spots. If you filled those spots with 1 and 2 CMC ramp and cheap removal your games would go much smoother. Personally I'd go with 8 ramp and 5 removal, and here is where what your budget is will matter for choices.

Divide by Zero is another card that suits your style of play, and Welcoming Vampire generates a surprising amount of value in a deck like yours

White is incredibly good for flicker abilities - cards like Ephemerate and Cloudshift for example. If you were feeling cheeky, you could splash for a couple of them over some of the less-efficient blue spells, and maybe could bung in an Approach of the Second Sun package with Divide by Zero or Narset's Reversal? Little wacky but fun, for sure.
Either way, Snapcaster Mage would probably make a fantastic addition here.
-TheContagion- on Hullbreaker Horror ability and timing …

I control Hullbreaker Horror. My opponent casts a creature spell, I cast Divide by Zero targeting their creature spell (triggering Hullbreaker's 'choose one' ability). In response to Divide By Zero they cast Infernal Grasp targeting my Hullbreaker. Can I then choose Hullbreaker's first mode to return Infernal Grasp to my opponents hand?
Had some confusion about the stack/timing/priority for this particular interaction and what exactly will happen. Thank you in advance.

Fling Kazuul's Fury Flip to gurantee landing damage with the large creatures. Crash Through could also work for similar reasons, and as a good card to cycle. Prismari Command for ramp and filling the graveyard. Soul Sear against indestructible. Divide by Zero to bounce bastions and pick up a situational lesson. Thassa probably wouldn't hurt, same can be said for the God. I would try to add at least a few more creatures to guarantee getting value from Gyruda.
