Hullbreaker Horror ability and timing question

I control Hullbreaker Horror. My opponent casts a creature spell, I cast Divide by Zero targeting their creature spell (triggering Hullbreaker's 'choose one' ability). In response to Divide By Zero they cast Infernal Grasp targeting my Hullbreaker. Can I then choose Hullbreaker's first mode to return Infernal Grasp to my opponents hand?
Had some confusion about the stack/timing/priority for this particular interaction and what exactly will happen. Thank you in advance.

It sounds like your opponent jumped the gun on casting Infernal Grasp as they don't receive priority until after you've already chosen a mode and target for Hullbreaker Horror's trigger. What this means is even though they announced that they'll be casting Infernal Grasp targeting Hullbreaker Horror you'll need to choose what mode of the trigger your using as well as it's target ignoring that fact. You can of course use the knowledge that they have it (they basically just revealed it from they're hand), but you can't choose it as a target, and Infernal Grasp will resolve before the trigger does.
