Enchantment
If you would put any number of +1/+1 counters on creature/s for the first time each turn, you may instead choose to reveal cards from the top of your library equal to that number. For each permanent card among the revealed cards, you may put it onto the battlefield.
When this enchantment enters, put three +1/+1 counters on a creature you control.
Create a card with a simple text that is complex to resolve.

Introducing Cumly Cube 1.4.2! 4 months ago, Cumly Cube 1.4.1 was released. This was the first minor update. As promised, minor tweaks would continue, both to fix any remaining imbalances and keep the card pool fresh. The following 36 swaps were made to remove two strategies that never found a home in Cumly Cube -- enchantments matter and Centaurs. Instead of trying to make them work, it was easier to remove them. On the other end of the spectrum, a few problematic cards were removed for being too powerful or annoying to play against. Some new cards bolster tribal synergies, while others search for specific planeswalkers, providing an interesting dynamic to look out for while drafting.
Here are the changes, provided with brief justifications:

I appreciate seeing your thoughts on everyone feedback.
I'd suggest looking up cards that seem most adjacent to what you envision for any iteration of Skelly. It can be helpful to see how similar effects can scale.
Your callout of Culling Scales is great. If you like that effect, why not find a way that Skelly can emulate that effect, but with your own twist on it?
Quick spitball - What if Skelly can put Conviction Counters on opponents. The Counter creates a Culling Scales-esque effect, but instead forces that player to sacrifice something of their own instead? C Counter effects are only active if Skelly is on board.

Hey! Building a Doran deck myself and on the search for inspo! An issue I've run into with Skulk though is that Skulk is checked at the declare blockers step, so with the buff from Doran I don't think your skulk-givers will be as impactful in the deck. I recommend:
Tawnos's Wand as it only checks upon activation
Champion of Lambholt since you like to buff creatures
Dauthi Embrace for targetted pseudo-unblockable

Still tinkering. Trying to balance the budget with some of the high cost cards.

Hello! Honestly, I can't really get myself into supporting non-fantasy UB sets like Spiderman or TMNT. When Through the Omenpaths gets printed in paper, I'll be happy to consider the cards for this deck.

Hey, building a Doran deck right now myself! Be aware, if you aren't already, for cards like MacCready, Lamplight Mayor, the skulk ability is checked during the declare blockers step, so if Doran buffs your creatures, it may allow your opponent to block them easier than you may be intending (chump block, deathtouch, etc) !
I like the "legendary butts" theme you've got going though ! Some cards I've found to be quite good with Doran:
Genji Glove - Multiple combats, multiple Doran triggers
Noetic Scales - Synergizes with your card draw theme
Tawnos's Wand - Skulk (that only checks before blockers) on a stick
Kusari-Gama - asymmetric boardwipe that you can pump into
Sacred Rites - A terribly niche card that turns into an 'overrun' strat when paired with your immense card draw
Hakoda, Selfless Commander - Legendary, big butt, top deck, sac to protect+overrun.
Honest Rutstein - Legendary, recursion, and cost reduction
Yargle and Multani or Jumbo Cactuar - For the meme of attacking with a 30/18 creature or... a 19,993/10,000 creature
