I can't believe I haven't built slivers yet. I know they're low tier idc man. They're classic. Actually the first Magic deck I built was a net decked budget sliver deck lol. This was before I actually even started playing too. Just wanted to have a Magic deck. Learned what modern was. I guess slivers were doing well then and I found a budget version of whatever was doing well.

Anyways here lol. As usual I don't build purely what is expected. Just whatever looks cool to me at the time. No need for suggestions on this one.
