Budget (~$100) build around Persistent Petitioners. Note: I have no idea how well this works, I will probably get smashed in the face before I can mill someone out.

The idea here is to get as many advisors on the board as possible, with cards like Doubling Chant, Bloodbond March and Soul Foundry, or in my hand with Secret Salvage and Wood Sage. I can try to put "fake" advisors out with cards like Nantuko Shrine and Xenograft or Arcane Adaptation.

Once they are on the battlefield, try to do a bunch of tap/untap shenanigans with Vitalize, Intellectual Offering,Presence of Gond, Intruder Alarm, Faces of the Past, Murkfiend Liege, Seedborn Muse, Riptide Chronologist, and Quest for Renewal. Hopefully I can ramp with Harvest Season.

Intruder Alarm and Presence of Gond combo off if you have at least four Persistent Petitioners on the board.

Good amount of card draw with Prosperity, Mass Appeal, Windfall, Slate of Ancestry, and Distant Melody

A little extra mill with cards like Dreamborn Muse, Windfall, Folio of Fancies, and Psychic Corrosion.

I'm using Muldrotha, the Gravetide as the commander to get back any important enchantments, creatures, or artifacts I may have lost due to board-state hate.
