A very silly budget Zndrsplt, Eye of Wisdom and Okaun, Eye of Chaos themed commander deck that uses every eyeball themed card I could think of. The deck uses a couple of coin-flip cards to power up the commanders, though it really isn't a coin-flip deck. Since a lot of the eyeball themed cards tend to scry, I added even more scry synergy and threw in all of the miracles. Finally I added some crazy izzet stuff to fill in the rest of the deck.
