Pyrrhic Revival

Sorcery

Each player returns each creature card in his or her graveyard to play with an additional -1/-1 counter on it.

I see you've got a lot of cards that ping your opponents when a creature dies and plenty of guys who make tokens upon death. Perfect fits for Teysa, naturally. But in the late game, you might appreciate a way to bring lots of creatures back - even briefly - as a hard-hitting finisher. Rally the Ancestors, Wake the Dead, Immortal Servitude and Return to the Ranks all fit the bill, especially if you have a sacrifice outlet on hand to immediately turn them all into life-loss. Cauldron of Souls and Pyrrhic Revival are particularly interesting, since you don't mind at all if your creatures come back with zero toughness.

Cool deck! I wish the eldrazi processors (e.g. Void Attendant) were better since they interact with Anafenza in a fun way. Could be worth it for the memes though!

You might like these too: Lifeline, Ill-Gotten Gains, Living Death, Empty the Catacombs, Pyrrhic Revival, Twilight's Call, Swords to Plowshares, Path to Exile, Dust to Dust, Return to Dust, Barrier Breach

Yes, Obelisk Spider will trigger for each creature that you bring back during the resolution of Pyrrhic Revival. When an event occurs, anything that exists immediately after that event is checked to see if its triggered ability was triggered during that event. The Spider will see that you brought back some creatures and in doing so had to put a -1 counter on all of them. It will, therefore, trigger that many times (it will count itself since you had to put a -1 counter on it too).

Here is the important rule. It talks about exceptions, but none of them apply here.

603.10. Normally, objects that exist immediately after an event are checked to see if the event matched any trigger conditions, and continuous effects that exist at that time are used to determine what the trigger conditions are and what the objects involved in the event look like. However, some triggered abilities are exceptions to this rule; the game “looks back in time” to determine if those abilities trigger, using the existence of those abilities and the appearance of objects immediately prior to the event.

Hope this helps!!

I am curious as to whether Obelisk Spider's second ability will trigger during the resolution of Pyrrhic Revival.

Sounds like a job for Insurrection.

It also kinda looks like you're trying to build a combo deck, what with the Congregation at Dawn and specific 3 creatures you want out, in which case Genesis Wave, Genesis Hydra, Lurking Predators, Kamahl's Druidic Vow, Vaevictis Asmadi, the Dire, See the Unwritten, Atla Palani, Nest Tender, Aid from the Cowl, Warp World, Divergent Transformations, Indomitable Creativity, Reality Scramble, and Genesis Storm are your options for cheating out multiple creatures off the top of your deck. You'd then want to shore up your tutors (not having blue hurts here, but black is king) to be able to consistently grab Congregation at Dawn.

The other option (or perhaps in addition to) is to go reanimator. Buried Alive+Balthor the Defiled, Champion of Stray Souls, All Hallow's Eve, Immortal Servitude, Pyrrhic Revival, or Rise of the Dark Realms.

Tutors can serve each plan equally, and it keeps the deck from doing the same thing every time, which is good for casual play. Also, if you throw in Footbottom Feast, Gravepurge, Forever Young, and/or Bone Harvest, Buried Alive interacts with Genesis Wave and friends.

Atraxa, Praetors' Voice opens up some stuff and turns it into a few turn clock. Pyrrhic Revival gets you back all your stuff and you can proliferate your opponents creatures to death again. Dust(i couldn't link it for some reason) is some amazing removal. There arent many other decent white cards if you decide to go with atraxa, however white adds more utility and atraxa is very powerful with infect.

Cultbrand Cinder, Kulrath Knight, Pyrrhic Revival, Everlasting Torment, Growing Ranks, Safehold Elite, Gravelgill Axeshark, Grief Tyrant, Heartmender, Fate Transfer, Reknit, Scar, and Scuzzback Scrapper aren't legal with Hapatra as your commander. Hybrid mana counts as both colors for the purposes of color identity. Maybe it shouldn't, but it currently does.
