Need help structuring a Dragon Deck

I don't have a format in mind as me and my friends just play for fun. If I have to tweak it for formats I can do that on my own time. I just need help tweaking this deck, as I believe 80 cards to be alot even with great mana ramps, I will be going up against Merfolk with unblockable and buffs, and vampires with lifedrain, life link and deathtouch, with some flying
Suggestions and opinions welcome. Thank you
8x Mountain
4x Crucible of the Spirit Dragon
1x Devil's Play
2x Geosurge
1x Gilded Lotus
1x Sulfur Falls

Typically, if you want to play big dragons, the most explosive ramp you can find is using land enchantments (i.e. Utopia Sprawl and Overgrowth) and creatures that untap lands (i.e. Arbor Elf, Kiora's Follower, and Garruk Wildspeaker). An Arbor Elf turn 1 into a Utopia Sprawl turn 2 will net you 4 mana to use on turn 2. You can then play a Garruk Wildspeaker with that into an Overgrowth and have access to 15 mana on turn 3. Granted this would be a nut draw, but you can really see just how insane the ramp can become.

I was able to get The Ur-Dragon out on turn 4 by test playing.
Turn 1 - Mountain
Turn 2 - any land
Turn 3 - any land, then cast Seething Song for 5 mana use 4 of them and cast Geosurge for 8 mana, use that and your remaining mana from Seething Song and cast Dragonstorm and bring out The Ur-Dragon
You could do this on Turn two with Pyretic Ritual

You cannot cast Dragonstorm with mana generated from Geosurge. You can only use that mana to cast creature or artifact spells. With that being said, the Arbor Elf + Utopia Sprawl package is much more consistent. If they counter your dragon spell after you burn a bunch of rituals, you are left with no more ramp and few cards in hand. If they counter your big dragon spells after you ramp with Arbor Elf and Utopia Sprawl, you shrug your shoulders because you still have a ton of mana next turn and can just cast another dragon then.

Also if you're looking to get more serious, 80 cards is definitely too many. Frank Karsten wrote a great article awhile ago using math and computers to show how even 61 cards is a distinct disadvantage in the long run. Perhaps instead of a "dragon" deck you could do some good ol' RG ramp into big monsters. There's a modern deck out there right now that uses Utopia Sprawl and Arbor Elf to make big mana quickly, they often top out at Inferno Titan or Primeval Titan, but I've seen lists that use Stormbreath Dragon instead.
As you skill up you'll come to a point where you need to decide on giving up your pet cards. Silverblade Paladin and Wolfir Silverheart were some of my favorite cards ever in standard, hitting your opponent with an 8/8 double strike felt so awesome. But when Standard rotated I looked at the Modern metagame and saw there was no place for them so I put them in the trade binder. This is Magic. You aren't going to play the same deck for the rest of your life. You can have certain cards you like, but recognize their place. I love Dark Confidant, but he has no place in my Legacy Sultai Delver deck. I use him in my Modern Jund, but not Legacy.

Hey I put all of this into a decklist here that I shared with you, which means that you can also make edits yourself too:
5c Dragons
Unformat* Delta-117

This makes viewing a decklist a whole lot easier on this site, and it also provides you with a lot of other useful information. The next time that you might ever want to make a decklist just look for the deck builder tab at the top of the site on desktop or mobile.
I figure your still new to tappedout also, and so I wont bother to overwhelm you with more info, let me know however if you want to know how to tag a decklist like this, additionally if your curious check out the formatting tips tab and scroll to the bottom to find this info. Theres much more info in there than just that too.
