First attempt at a Voltron deck for Tromokratis.He's hard to kill and mostly unblockable anyway, so a few things added to help in those departments and some fun other stuff.

Double Strike and almost any buff makes him lethal for commander damage. As does putting Corrupted Conscience on him. (I'm sure there are better ways to give him Infect but none that I have to hand, and this deck is entirely cards I had in my collection, hence the budget tag, even though a few things aren't the cheapest, like Ancestral Vision.)
