You play goblins, and you use burn spells, just pray you never need to draw cards.

Notable mentions include Tectonic Reformation to use those pesky lands to draw cards, Heirloom Blade to always have a goblin to play, Font of Mythos because your opponent can't utilise all that card draw if you kill them with burn spells! Oh and Blood Moon, who needs anything but a Mountain anyway.

Akoum Warrior   definitely shouldn't be in a goblin tribal deck, but technically he's a free creature so...
