Wanted to have a monoblue commander deck and it seems to be versatile enough. I'm not going to include extra turn or GCs with the aim of leaving the deck in bracket 2/3. Will play it some games and see how it performs and evolve from there.

After some games I've found the deck quite reactive and requiring to be in sandbagging mode for too long. It also takes the games longer with the large amount of counters. So I've decided to iterate into a variant more proactive, with less counters but more draw, and go wider&faster for the win
