Chaos but with probability. Our goal is to overwhelm with value by getting two for one with cascade. To that end we have cascade payoffs like Iraxxa, Empress of Mars, Mizzix, Replica Rider, The Twelfth Doctor, adn The Lost and the Damned. In terms of our goals to cascade: The basic assumption is that most cascades will be for 5, the power of Abaddon. To that end most of our 4 drops are one's with maximal value i.e power or effects above they're mana cost or give immediate enter the battlefield effects. Rakdos, Lord of Riots, Akul the Unrepentant, and Spawn of Mayhem all give us Flying tramplers with powerful effects. But even if we're not cascading for 5, we get good options, specifically the ability to ramp. With 9 mana rocks and Nightscape Familiar this allows two advantages. 1. A likely chance for a turn 4 Abaddon the Despoiler hopefully giving us a turn 5 cascade option and an early start before our opponents get removal up 2. It makes cmc <=4 very likely to cascade into our mana rocks setting us up for bigger plays on future turns.

The other important thing to note about this deck is removal, boardwipes, and instant/sorceries value. We don't want to randomly cascade into Damnation when we have a good board state or removal when there's nothing to use it on. To this end most of the cheaper instant and sorceries are modal to raise the likelihood of it being useful if we hit it with a cascade. Therefore we have cards like Rakdos Charm and Fiery Confluence which can provide additional ways to damage an opponent to get cascade effects but also provide removal effects. On the other end our boardwipes either have high cmc that can be reduced our have alternate costs like Decree of Pain and Blasphemous Act or appears as a permanent like Perilous Vault.

There are some cards here which may not be optimal like Chaos Mutation, Glimpse of Tomorrow, and Throes of Chaos but I'm keeping them in for chaos flavor's sake and cascade.

Other cards include some cloning like Spark Double who can also clone Abaddon and Dack's Duplicate which can come down hastily as a big creature, Archetype of Imagination which can come down as a finisher making your big guys unblockable, the ping deserts for when you need that extra damage for a cascade Role Reversal which I would consider flexible permanent removal, additional cascade cards and cascade payoffs to add consistency to the deck even if we don't have our commander Future Sight and Brainstorm to allow some control of what we cascade into, Rising of the Day and Frostcliff Siege to give haste to beaters in your hand, some early plays and more value creature cards.
