My take on a Nicol Bolas themed deck. Although many of the cards do not depict Bolas, the deck is meant to be in control of the game whilst using your opponent's resources against them.

Obviously, we want to get out Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God as early as possible, so all the 2 cmc mana rocks are in here. The deck is quite mana intensive, so keeping this mana around is crucial late game. Due to the fairly even balance of colours, utility mana rocks that don't add one of our colours are not included, so no Mind Stone or Thought Vessel .

The main phrase I had in mind whilst designing this deck was "Just As Planned": we want to destroy what we can't use, and steal what we need to win. Obvious, Nicol Bolas himself does this as he practically steals enemy planeswalker's abilities, and anything he can't use can be eliminated with cards like Bedevil and Silumgar's Command . Word of Seizing seems like a hilarious card to use to steal someone else's creature to block with, or to ultimate someone else's planeswalker.
