This is a super-budget deck. I intend for it to remain in bEDH mode. This has been built and playtested in real life. If I can get and keep Narset out, it pops reasonably well and I have won several games with her at the helm. I probably could use help with the mana base. If anyone has some good ideas for the mana base, I would appreciate it.
